Semi-automatic flat truss girder welding production line mainly product flat truss girder. Flat truss girder is dotted resistance welded by two line ribs and one "Z" figure-shaped. This semi-auto welding production line is composed of straightener, bending machine and flat truss girder welding and so on. Straightener mainly straight coiled steel wire and cut it in fixed length. Bending machine will bend the straightened steel wire to figure Z-shaped. Flat truss girder welding machine mainly dotted welding the figure Z-shaped wire and two straightened line ribs together.
